As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for refining organizational processes.

A Senior Process Improvement Specialist will coordinate with and mentor other specialists to continue to improve on existing and future processes.

Tasks

  • Performing endtoend process improvement activities and getting it approved by the relevant stakeholders;
  • Defining KPIs which will be used to determine the viability of process improvement capabilities;
  • Work closely with process owners to conduct maturity and adoption audits as per established frameworks to understand the current gaps within the process;
  • Collecting change requests related to process design from department heads and enacting those changes along with the process design team;
  • Finalizing project reports and other documents;
  • Leading process improvement sessions with stakeholders, sharing insight gathered from scrutiny of existing processes;
  • Supervising process flows and documentation along with supporting the development and maintenance of logs for process changes;
  • Promoting process adoption initiatives along with monitoring key KPIs to reflect progress;
  • Ensuring that processes are optimized, effective and meet customer requirements while supporting and sustaining organizational development and growth;
  • Fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and sharing those values with others Junior associates through mentorship;
  • Acting as liaison for escalation between internal and external partners.

Requirements:


  • 35 years' experience in Business Administration, Operations or Management preferably with either a telecom operator or an ICT/Product company;
  • 6+ years in continuous process improvement and implementation utilizing the six sigma values for continuous improvement preferably with either a telecom operator or an ICT/Product company;
  • Exposure to various domains within a telecom operator (procurement, finance, product management, service desk, engineering etc.) and understanding of their interdependencies is highly preferred;
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training;
  • Proven experience in operation management in process design, development and audit (including maturity assessment, adoption assessments, gap identification etc.);
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and committed to quality;
  • Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;
  • Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business;
  • Strong capability for upskilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives;
  • Technical writing skills;
  • Experience with using such tools as Excel and Visio to produce workflows;
  • Ability to operate as a team player, with a flexible and positive attitude;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • A selfstarter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (at least 4 yrs.) in Business Administration, Operations or Management or any equivalent degree/experiences;
  • Any certification or diploma in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an added advantage.
  • Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training;
  • Certification in TM Forum Business Process Frameworx (eTOM) would be an added advantage;
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally in English/German.
