You are looking for international and analytical tasks in the area of Compensation and Benefits? Support our Total Rewards Team and gain valuable practical experience alongside your studies.


Your tasks will be:


  • Participate in and individually perform benchmarks on salary trends
  • Collect and submit internal salary data to international salary survey companies
  • Create reports and analyses needed, mainly using Excel
  • Supporting the daily activities of the Total Rewards Team in a global environment

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an analytical mindset, enjoy working with numbers and performing analyses.
  • You are a good communicator and a team player.
  • You speak German and English.
  • You have very good Excel skills.
  • You have good knowledge and skills of other Microsoft office programs, e.g. Word and PowerPoint.
  • You are able to work for us at least 12 months.
