Linearity is seeking a Senior Marketing Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team, consisting of a multidisciplinary group of designers, marketeers, and channel heads.

This passionate team gives shape to the ways Linearity shows up and interacts with the world through brand touch-points, marketing efforts, and social channels.

The team values makers who are curious, think deeply, are ego-free, enjoy collaboration, and appreciate feedback.

This is a full time role, 1 year contract that is based in Berlin, Germany.

What you'll do at Linearity:

Collaborate with our marketing design team in order to make our product visually more exciting for new and existing users.
Design and create visual assets for our social media, newsletter, website, blog, inapp, and marketing campaigns while following the brand guidelines and project briefs.
Create Animations and other designs using Linearity's design softwares (Linearity Curve & Linearity Move).
Support the marketing team in conceptualizing product and community marketing campaigns.
Stay uptodate with industry developments and tools.
Assist in mentoring the design team through creative ideas and work quality checks
Be an ambassador for our brand by thoroughly learning our Brand Guidelines

Requirements:

5+ years of design experience
An impressive portfolio comprising of creative and wellexecuted design concepts that showcase your understanding of layout, typography, and color.
Ability to effectively communicate concepts and design rationale
Experience working independently, driving multiple projects at a time, and iterating quickly
Experience with Figma, Notion and able to learn and become proficient in Linearity Curve and Linearity Move software
Experience with working on designs for Web and familiar with UI design
Knowledge in Motion Design
Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to learn fast.
Experience in mentorship or being a team lead
Ability to manage working time, meet deadlines, and collaborate smoothly with a team.
Must be able to speak
fluent English.

Nice to have:

Preferably Agency experience
Advance level in Motion Design
Able / Willing to host video tutorials and workshops
