What you'll do

Preparation and planning of meetings, workshops as well as documentation of results
Support in planning and administrating
Status reporting, stakeholder management, incl. preparation of communications and monitoring of project tasks
Independently working on smaller projects, incl. research and execution
Preparation of presentations for different target groups

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Management, IT Management or a related course of study
Language skills: German fluently, English very good written and oral
EU citizenship required
First project management experience is a plus

Can work in a flexible manner and is proactive
Is reliable and communicates openly and transparently on all levels
Grasps complex content quickly and can present concepts visually and analytically
Is goaloriented
Has an organizational talent and can work on several topics at the same time
Can work 1520 hours per week
Is willing to stay with us for min. 1 year

As trusted partner we will support the digital transformation of the German administration on federal, state and local level with an open hyperscaler platform.

As a reliable partner, we will meet the special security requirements of our customers and contribute to the digital transformation of public administration.

For this exciting task, we are successively expanding our organization in the upcoming months and looking for a working student to support us in program and project management in various and diverse tasks.
