Your role:

The IT Applications Portfolio and Finance Management is planning, managing and tracking the budget and spend of the IT Applications department.

We are looking for a talented student interested in Finance and Controlling and willing to learn and support our internal processes.

Within your assignment, the following tasks will be assigned to you:

Support Portfolio and Finance Manager
Support recurring activities such as quarterly forecast, quarterly accruals, monthly crosscharges, monthly reporting
Deliver adhoc reports as requested by management or individual cost managers
Support initiatives aiming at data quality improvement
Prepare management summary presentations
Schedule meetings and write meeting minutes

Who you are:

Education/Professional Experience

Current student in Business Administration (Financial Management)

Languages:

English mandatory (written and spoken)
An additional language (German) is an asset

Skills & Competencies:

Strong affinity to Finance and Controlling related topics
Very good Excel knowledge
Deliver work on high accuracy
Strong written and oral communication skills
Willing to support administrative work
Willing to dive into details
