Reception Officer / Patrol Office (M/F/d) with the Security Guard IHK Examination according to -34a GewO (Sachkundeprüfung gem. -34a GewO) to work for one of our international clients in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

Job Description Your main tasks**:

Follow all relevant Customer policies, procedures and processes
Reception / Front of house activities, including creating access authorizations, attending to visitors and guests of the client
Creating, activating and checking ID cards/access authorizations for customer employees, in compliance with adherence to the Customer's Visitor Management Policy
You are the first point of contact for all visitors on site
You preferably already have extensive experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarm and other related systems and are willing to complete regular trainings for these systems
Carry out office patrols and monitor the client's access control and CCTV system and take appropriate action as required
Initiate emergency response in crisis situations, including medical and fire incidents, to ensure the safety of all client employees and visitors, working directly with the client's emergency response team
Collaborate with the client's security team leadership

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

IHK certificate of competence according to 34a GewO
Experience in the security industry preferred
Valid guard ID / Bewacher ID mandatory
Previous experience in highvolume customer service
Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays:

Very good interpersonal and communication skills

Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken):

You enjoy working in a team, but also independently and on your own responsibility and you are actively involved
High willingness to undergo regular further training to expand your knowledge and skills
