your responsibilities:

The jobholder works as a Supply Officer EF (f/m/d) and the main work is:

  • Manage the company's supply chain to ensure that products are delivered on time and to the required specifications
  • Work closely with international suppliers, including regular onsite visits
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays or quality problems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

personal requirements:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to travel once a quarter to south of Europe is required

studies:


  • Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Business administration at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Supply Chain / Logistics at least Bachelor's degree program or
  • Economics at least Bachelor's degree program

IT:


  • MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse
  • SAP und ELMASS knowledge is an advantage

work experience:


  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry is a must have

languages:


  • Business fluent English
  • German and/or Spanish knowledge is beneficial
expertise

  • An internal PM certification and/or PMP (through PMI) is desirable
