What you'll do
As a working student on our team, you will help us with executive and internal communications to strategically position highly relevant tech topics (incl. cross-product integration and innovation, user experience/mobile experience, artificial intelligence, etc.) with various target groups. In addition, you will support us in creating transparency for employees, and inspire them to strengthen SAP's brand.

Together with a team of communications experts and designers, you will work creatively with various stakeholders and collaborate with the leadership team of Cross Product Engineering and Experience.


Your main tasks include:

  • Support the planning, execution, and followup activities for internal and external events.
  • Create content for our internal and external channels (articles, blogs, social media posts).
  • Build convincing presentation and enablement materials.
  • Research on topics in the area of tech, strategy, and leadership to support messaging frameworks.
  • Assist in managing internal channels (newsletters, Sharepoint).
  • Track the success of our communication tactics.

What you bring

  • Interest in internal and external communications
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Handson attitude and proactive in communication
  • Profound skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; experience in Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
  • Speaking English fluently, German is a plus
