Founded in 2021, Voltaro is the one-stop-shop to make real estate businesses' building portfolios green and sustainable. Our platform approach helps businesses install photovoltaics quickly, professionally and with minimum effort for our clients. We're projecting solar and running the energy management for photovoltaic systems.


4x is the growth factor we need in the German solar industry to be able to reach our emission goals by 2030.

Our mission is to increase the solar roll out speed significantly by using the lever that large commercial roofs and building portfolios bear with the aim to accelerate our journey towards a sustainable future.

Aufgaben

  • Lead your own projects | You take responsibility from day one and work independently on your projects and tasks to make a real impact.
  • Support our processes | You create accurate analyses, financial models, or presentations for our partners and help to establish new workflows.
  • Strengthen our business | You support our founders to master their daily challenges and get deep insights into all our departments.
  • Challenge the status quo | You help us build the best possible version of Voltaro using effective processes that enable a smoothly functioning organisation.
Qualifikation

  • Relevant experience | You have experience in a fastpaced environment (consulting/high growth startups/investment banking/VC) and look for a new challenge.
  • Analytic mindset | You like to work analytically, have advanced Excel/GSheet skills and like to work with new tools.
  • Solutiondriven | You know how to work independently, look for efficient solutions and always keep the big picture in mind.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking | You seek to add value and grow together with us.
