Responsibilities:

Main contact person within the worldwide operating Business Unit Marine in Bezgu for administrative, commercial and projectrelated support in planning, preparation, processing of customer transactions
Processing of executed customer inquiries with close coordination of the involved departments (Production, Forwarding and Order Management)
Preparation of quotations according to specifications and in compliance with given guidelines (compliance with tax and customs regulations for ship deliveries)
Creation and maintenance of files, as well as processing and control of 'Oil Condition Analysis' (OCAs)
Support of national and international marketing activities (trade fairs, printed matter, mailings, internet)
Preparation of monthly sales statistics by planning units in form of tables and graphs (Monthly Marine Cockpit as well as Channel Partner Reports)

Qualifications:

Degree in economics (university, university of applied sciences or dual university) with a strong inclination towards sales of technical products
Strong sales mentality with a proactive service orientation
Knowledge of project management and, if applicable, own experience, e.g. Lean Six Sigma or agile working methods
Determination, high commitment, willingness to cooperate with convincing character
Very good written and spoken English
Team spirit and good communication skills in an intercultural, global environment
