We are looking for a
Business Development -
_working student_ or
_intern_ to join our New Markets Business Development team.

What you'll do:

Through market analysis, identify key companies and individuals, and build leads with contacts to support the BD team.
Support the BD team across various projects and work streams.
Support our sales effort, including preparation of client meetings, events, and conferences, as well as executing on our sales pipeline.
Search leads and new prospects via internet sites such as LinkedIn and others.
Assist the team in ensuring targets are met and upselling opportunities are realized.
Develop a basic knowledge of the service products.
Support the maintenance of internal CRM tools.

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.

We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Who you are:

You are a student in your bachelor's or master's degree at a toptier university with excellent grades.
You have already had some professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or business development.
Experience in working in a demanding, highgrowth environment with the ability to perform well under pressure and handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease.
Ability to break down complex issues, reduce them to essential factors, and communicate them effectively
Selfdriven personality with a handson approach, highly professional personality with utmost expectations towards yourself and your work.
You can communicate fluently in English, written and verbally.
