This challenge awaits you:

For our Connected Vehicle Architecture & Integration department we are looking for a dedicated team leader with experience in E/E architecture development or complete vehicle integration.

Your Tasks:

Responsibility for the further development and professional and disciplinary management of the team
Ensuring cooperation and promoting the exchange of experience and knowledge in the department and in the specialist area
Technical contact person for internal and external customers in the area of E/E architecture development or complete vehicle integration
Followup of personnel planning, qualification and service provision in cooperation with project managers and specialists in the department
Estimating costs and preparing quotations
Supporting the head of department in expanding our customer base (also internationally) incl. project acquisition

Necessary Skills:

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable field of study
Experience in managing teams of at least five employees
Experience in the field of vehicle electronics and/or networking or E/E architectures
Very good written and spoken German
