- Vorantreiben der Bewertung von Investitionsoptionen und Definition des optimalen Standort-, Technologie- und Lieferkettenkonzepts
- Leitung der Vorbereitung, Initiierung und Verfolgung von CAPEX-Projekten für Home Produkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Controlling bei der Erstellung von Business Cases in verschiedenen Projektkategorien (z. B. Kapazitätserweiterungen/Automatisierung/ Optimierung)
- Verantwortung für die Definition globaler Produktionsstrategien von Fertigprodukten und Halbfertigwaren mit dem Ziel der Maximierung der Kapazitätsauslastung und Minimierung der Landed Costs in den Märkten
- Verbesserung von Produkt Design und Herstellprozessen, Produkt Life Cycle Management Interface Management mit anderen Produktgruppen
- Management und Mitwirkung von design control and change control Prozessen, Reklamationsbearbeitung (root cause analysis) und CAPA's
- Maßgebliche Mitwirkung an der globalen Produktions- und Supplystrategie
- Definition des globalen Produktionsnetzwerks und der strategischen Rollen der Fertigungsstandorte, inkl. Supply Chain/ Technologiekonzept (z.B. Zielmärkte, Automatisierungsgrad)
- Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Werksleitern weltweit zum strategischen/ operativen Austausch, der alle Werke in allen Regionen umfasst, um die GSSP-Strategie zu fördern und umzusetzen
- Gewährleistung des strategischen Informationsaustauschs zwischen GSSP und allen Stakeholdern
- Master-Abschluss in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder verwandten technischen Fachgebiet, mit internationaler akademischer Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im vorgegebene Bereich
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Maschinenbau/Verfahrenstechnik und Naturwissenschaften
- Fortgeschrittenes Verständnis für finanzielle Aspekte (z.B. Herstellkosten, Business Cases)
- Ausgezeichnete technische Kenntnisse der FME-Produkte und Produktionsprozesse
- Ausgezeichnete soziale und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten für die Arbeit in globalen Teams
- Erfahrung in einer internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Matrixumgebung
- Starke Führungsqualitäten
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Arbeit in agilen Setups
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit zu leiten und zu priorisieren
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um funktionsübergreifende und interkulturelle Teams in einer globalen Matrixstruktur zu führen
- Ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikations-/Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
