- Betreuung und Support der BOGNER eigenen Stores und Outlets per Telefon und Ticketsystem
- Vorqualifizierung und Weiterleitung der Tickets an andere IT-Abteilungen
- Erstlösung bei Störungen inkl. Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
- Erkennen und Analysieren von Problemen sowie Einleiten von Lösungsmaßnahmen
- Bearbeitung von Aufträgen zur Durchführung von Konfigurationsänderungen
- Pflege und Erweiterung von Knowledge-Base / FAQ (Anleitungs- und Fehlerbehebungsartikel)
- Schulung und Einweisung der externen- und internen Mitarbeiter
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Stores und Outlets vor Ort für Netzwerkchecks, Austausch von Hardware usw.
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Betriebssysteme, Client-Hardware und Netzwerke
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Strukturierte- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft (DACH-Region)
