    Carglass in Deutschland ist Spezialist für die Reparatur und den Neueinbau von Fahrzeugglas. In Deutschland beschäftigt Carglass rund 2.450 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, davon sind über 1.700 speziell geschulte Carglass- Monteure. Etwa 550 Mitarbeiter arbeiten in der Hauptverwaltung in Köln, rund 200 Mitarbeiter sind im Customer Contact Center (Call Center) beschäftigt. Das Unternehmen bearbeitet rund 1,2 Mio. Kundenkontakte pro Jahr und hilft Autofahrern in ganz Deutschland, entweder in einem der 370 Service-Center oder unterwegs mit mehr als 240 mobilen Einheiten. ​

    Experte Product Owner Voice AI (m/w/d)

    Dein Aufgabenbereich:

    • Produktstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Produktstrategie für Voice AI unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele und Kundenbedürfnisse.
    • Anforderungsanalyse: Ermittlung von Anforderungen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Kunden und Stakeholdern.
    • Produktplanung: Erstellung von Roadmaps, Priorisierung von Funktionen und Funktionen, um die Produktentwicklung voranzutreiben.
    • Product Discovery: Erfahrung mit Methodiken zur Entwicklung innovativer Produkte unter hoher Unsicherheit.
    • Agile Methoden: Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum und Kanban) zur effizienten Produktentwicklung insbesondere in der Rolle als Product Owner.
    • Marktforschung: Überwachung von Markttrends, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifizierung von Chancen und Risiken.
    • Kommunikation: Klare Kommunikation der Produktvision, -strategie und -pläne an das interne Team und externe Stakeholder.
    • Produktlebenszyklus: Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung und darüber hinaus.

    Du bringst mit:

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
    • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
    • Technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit mit Entwicklern und Designern zusammenzuarbeiten
    • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
    • Leidenschaft für künstliche Intelligenz, maschinelles Lernen und innovative Technologien
    • Hohe Kundenzentrierung
    • Analytische Kompetenzen
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Umfeld Contact Center und Kundenservice wünschenswert
    • Kenntnis von Technologien und Methoden hinter Sprachautomatisierungssystemen (wie z.B. TTS, STT, NLP, LLM und Generative KI) vorteilhaft
