Human Resources Trainee (m/w/d):

HR Systems and Analytics - International Graduate Program:

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will become part of the European Human Resources team and will have the opportunity to gain insights into HR Processes, Systems and Analytics during the length of the 18-month traineeship.

You will be responsible for your own projects in this area and with the support of your HR mentor, you will acquire specialist knowledge and become a competent contact person for your topics.

This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data.

Your responsibilities include:

Develop your skills in the key areas of HR systems, HR processes and HR analytics.
Be intensively involved in the administration, development and optimization of our European human resources management system, time & attendance system, incentive plan system etc.
Manage various platforms and ensure that data is kept up to date.
You will have the opportunity to take part in various national and international HR digitalization projects where you can contribute your own ideas.
Will provide support with regular payroll accounting, headcount reports, salary reviews, etc.

What you bring to us:

You have a degree in business administration (Bachelor) with a focus on human resources, business informatics or similar.
You may have already gained some experience in Human Resources as a working student or in an internship.
You have a good command of German and English for daily communication with international colleagues.
Analytical way of thinking and very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel).
You enjoy working with different software systems and have an affinity for numberbased processes and projects.
