(gn) in Köln.

  • Location: Köln
  • Duration: longterm project, at least 1,5 years
  • Capacity: full time

Responsibilities as Onsite Supporter (gn):


  • Good technical knowledge of workplace environment and enduser services:
  • Windows environment, Office 365, Mail Services, collaboration tools, MS Teams, Zoom
  • Good knowledge of printer installation, configuration, troubleshooting
  • Configuration of 3D & 2D Scanners
  • Incident and request processing tickets / calls (ITIL)
  • IT Support experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Monitoring
  • Creation & maintaining of documentation
  • Network knowledge
  • Setting up new users end devices (iPhones, iPads & PCs)

Experience and Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of onsite support and customer care is required
  • Flexibility
  • Attitude for providing positive customer service, interpersonal skills, sense of service, listening and analytical skills, team spirit
  • Motivation and real desire to improve and learn
  • Organized, able to work independently, pragmatic and hands on approach
  • Spoken languages German, English (fluent)
