Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
The

SuccessFactors Specialist (m/w/d) is responsible for the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors to support HR and the company in efficient HR processes and appropriate access to human capital information. The SF specialist will closely collaborate with various stakeholders on Corporate and BBIO level to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors.





SYSTEM BASICS:
HR SOPS


  • Drafting, aligning and continually updating HR End-ToEnd SOPs as baseline for SAP Success Factors.
  • Creating process workflows and designs that adhere to legal and BBIO system standards.
  • Pinpointing issues in HR processes by examining process data and metrics.
  • Encouraging teams to evaluate current procedures critically for efficacy, quality, and simplification.
  • Creating and executing process improvements to boost operational HR effectiveness.

SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND CONFIGURATION

  • Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors (modules).
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyse HR business processes and translate them into system configurations.
  • Customizing and enhance the system to meet specific organizational needs, including workflows, forms, reports, and integration.
  • Creating and maintaining data interfaces and integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems

SYSTEM SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENTS

  • Coordinating system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and validation of new releases
  • Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Monitoring system performance, identify issues, and proactively address them to ensure optimal system functionality
  • Identifying opportunities for system optimization and process improvements, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and drive the adoption of new features and functionalities.

SYSTEM TRAINING AND LEARNING

  • Developing training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers on SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
  • Creating and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifikationen:

  • A bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
years of system administration experience with SuccessFactors including full system's configuration, release management, requirements gathering, testing and end-user documentation and training

  • Fluent in German and English (C1, written and spoken)
  • Strong experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Modules such as Employee Central, Performance Mgmt, Recruitment etc.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and the required HR administration
  • Experienced in working with vendors and 3rd party solutions
  • Solid understanding of data security practices and applicable laws
