We are Group Finance & Tax, a diverse team with more than 60 colleagues based in Metzingen. Our ambition is to be the leading tech-driven Finance & Tax team for our customers and beyond. To achieve this, we strive to adapt dynamically to new circumstances and to be open to new ideas.

Together, we are responsible for ensuring accounting and tax compliance, carrying out finance oper-ational processes efficiently and to support our internal customers in the further development of operational processes and successful implementation of the CLAIM 5 growth strategy.

What you can expect:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our Shared Services strategy to success
You will provide valuable input for new business cases, ensuring informed decisionmaking and guiding the implementation of cuttingedge projects
Collaborating with various teams and leaders, you'll take the lead in implementing all strategic SSC initiatives while ensuring seamless project and process management
Partnering closely with our IT department, you play a crucial role in optimizing and digitalizing our Finance & Tax process and system landscape, particularly as we migrate to SAP S/4 HANA
As a change agent, you'll drive the digital transformation of our division, promoting effective communication strategies and staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment
Experience with structuring and leading complex cross functional and international projects successfully
Ability to selfdirect, manage ambiguity and to facilitate multitasking in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company targets
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international internal and external stakeholders across all hierarchy levels
Experience in SAP especially SAP S/4 Hana is a plus
