The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale SAS in Paris.
Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.
Project Coordinator (M/F/d)
Main missions:

Commercial activities_
- Participate in answers to calls for tenders in collaboration with the concerned people
- Carry out feasibility studies:
- Participate in the evaluation of production costs and task execution times
- Participate in the deployment of the project management process including risk analysis
- Prepare the costing
Project Management_
- Assure deadlines and productivity targets are respected
- Ensure the smooth running of the project in order to meet the technical, qualitative and financial objectives
- Monitor the progress of the projects
- Identify needs in terms of technical means, staff
- Ensure the interface with the customers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in terms of monitoring indicators, managing resources
- Prepare the invoicing of the projects (Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes,)
Team Management_
- Be the interface between team coordinators, team leaders and/or leaders and the Operations or Projects Management
- Evaluate team members and ensure their qualifications
- Ensure compliance with the internal rules
Reporting_
- Participate in meetings and report to the direct hierarchy on the work carried out
- Participate in internal reviews (quality, coordination, staffing, etc.)
- Participate in feedback to ensure that quote times, production costs, technical requirements are satisfactory
Responsibility and authority for QSE (quality, safety and environment)_
- Ensure the management of nonconformities, customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions
- Contribute to the achievement of the defined targets
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or equivalent
- Minimum of 23 years' experience in leading technical projects combined with team management, Outstanding Works experience is a plus
- Knowledge of aerostructure, general mechanics, manufacturing processes, control processes
- Flexibility to work in a continuously changing project environment with customer care focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English. German and/or French is a plus
- Autonomous, organized, reliable, interpersonal skills, analytical skills
