Your tasks:


  • Planning, execution and evaluation of time studies and potential analyses
  • Processing of the determined data and preparation of presentations for demonstrating optimisation potentials
  • Conception and further development of planning time determination procedures
  • Definition, determination and analysis of key figures
  • Management and execution of control loop meetings with responsible persons of all hierarchy levels in the departments
  • Development and continuous improvement of the plan time calculation logic

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed technical education
  • Successfully completed further training as a technician, master craftsman or technical business economist
  • Basic REFA training desirable
  • Experience in value stream mapping / design and LEAN methods
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • High social competence
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Resilience and flexibility
  • Good analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and German
  • Willingness to travel
