At a glance:


The Client Support Officer is responsible for the design, compliancy and execution of all administrative client related support processes for the Corporate Coverage Team in Germany.

You will focus on the administrative processing aspects of compliance (new client take-on, know your customer checks, periodic client reviews, audits etc.) and the commercial administration (


CRM:
changes in client data / contact data, data quality, reporting).

The Client Support Officer will be an integral part of the German Client Coverage Team and work closely with the Coverage Bankers.

You will report locally to the Head of CIC Germany and also have a functional reporting line to the Head of Client Support based in Amsterdam.


Your job:


Roles & responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Coverage Bankers in maintaining and expansion of the client portfolio to free up origination capacity
  • Inform, service and manage clients and client's questions related to administrative topics
  • Full oversight of the client portfolio and proactive management of upcoming client reviews
  • Ensure cohesive and proper administration of the corporate client portfolio within CIC
  • Ensure that agreements are met in a timely, correct and cost efficient manner
  • Improve and design standardised processes, based on customer feedback and feedback from internal stakeholders

Key tasks

  • Support of Corporate Coverage Bankers to ensure all (internal) client requirements are met
  • Administrative coordination and processing of client compliance (new client takeon, know your customer, periodic client reviews, audits etc.)
  • Support Bankers with all client related administration and client events
  • Improve and design standardized processes (also based on client feedback)

Your profile:


Hard skills:

  • Experience with client support/midoffice tasks from similar roles within a Bank or Financial Institution
  • Fluent with bank administrative systems and client acceptance processes, houseinorder & data quality related processes
  • Experience with digital tooling and CRM systems
  • Fluent in German and English, preferably German as mother tongue

Soft skills:

  • Customer focus / client centricity
  • Teamwork, bankwide cooperation (with relevant departments)
  • Strong in planning & organisation of multiple workstreams
