- Supporting the Director Operations Energy Storage with contentrelated tasks such as the preparation of analyses, presentations, intranet posts, manuscripts and speeches as well as the coordination and preparation of ongoing performance reports
- Assisting in the performance of legally required tasks of the Managing Director, Uniper Energy Storage GmbH such as notary meetings
- Scheduling, organizing, and documenting internal and external business meetings, as well as phone and video conferences, including preparation for and followup on team meetings and events, and following up on established actions
- Calendar management for the Director Operations Steam & Biomass Fleet as well as the Head of Performance Management Steam & Biomass Fleet
- International travel management, incl. planning and execution of bookings and travel expense reports
- Administrative tasks and office management, incl. the execution of ordering and accounting processes (office equipment, work clothes, IT equipment, service providers, etc.)
- Induction of new and support of departing employees
- Close cooperation with other personal and team assistants, incl. mutual representation
Your profile
- Ability to work independently with a high level of solution orientation, stress resilience, flexibility, loyalty, empathy and integrity
- Strong project management and organizational skills, combined with a high level of customer focus, professionalism, quality standards and situational pragmatism
- Completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience as a personal assistant), further specialized training an advantage
- Solid financial and business skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Planning and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage resources, including operational management of external service providers
- Fluency in English and German
