Beschreibung
Key Tasks & Responsibilites:
- You will be part of our international Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and support our CRM managers in the operational business.
- You support the team in the further development of our CRM activities as well as the performance optimisation, e.g. through A/B tests, personalisation and the creation of corresponding reports.
- Support the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns and activities across various platforms (e.g. Facebook & Instagram) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Take responsibility for smaller projects
Your profile:
- You are available for an internship of up to 6 months
- Currently enrolled or finished a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications etc.
- Strong interest in marketing and social media, with a basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
- A good sense for customer needs & communication in image & text
- Good written and spoken English, Dutch and/or German is a plus
