Your role
As a Reliability Work Student at Munich Electrification, you will be part of the Hardware Development team.

You will support the execution of electrical and environmental and mechanical validation and test activities of automotive electronic components specialized on battery control, inhouse and with external partners.

With this transversal role you will be able to get the full picture of the scope of the automotive validation process, starting from the collection of the testing needs, ordering or directly executing the related tests and documenting the results, in a way that allows the optimization and improvements of future designs.

Your future tasks at a glance:

Validation of the complete development cycle: identification of risk components, creation and justification of test specifications in alignment with customer and internal requirements,
Planning, execution and documentation of validation tests
Lessons learned and continuous improvement in cooperation with the development and production team

What you bring with you:

Enrolled student in an engineering field (mechatronics, electrical engineering, automotive engineering)
Working experience in validation and analysis of electronics, automotive experience is a plus
Basic knowledge in Python and C programming are a plus
Experience in handling tests setups with interesting measurement tasks (from mV to kA)
Experience in working with an oscilloscope and a DMM
Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project
Creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for innovative electronics solutions for electric vehicles
Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English & German favorable)
