Working field:
- Reporting and data management:
- Collect data from the different sites and generate reports
- Ensure reporting is done on time and connect with the site if needed
- Check data quality and improve data to prepare analysis
- Support transfer of existing reports from Tableau to PowerBI
- IT tool update
- Beckers Management System: Establish SharePoint incl. upload / transfer documents, calendar, latest news
- Good Practice Knowledge Hub: Review and put good practice input into correct format and upload with right categorization
- Ensure that all the documentation needed by endusers are uploaded in the system
- Project tracking
- Project Funnel: ensure that information is updated by the sites
- Support business process automation
- Identification of opportunities from different areas
- Support the planning and alignment with IT
- Communication and events organisation
- Support planning of events such as global meetings, trainings
- Support communication efforts with writing articles
Requirements:
- Enjoys working with data
- At ease with Excel
- Good analytical skills
- Thorough and detailoriented
- Fluent in German or English (both appreciated)
- Must be enrolled as student at German university for the entire period of time while with Beckers.
What we offer:
- As part of the global team, you will share your time between the EHS team and the Manufacturing and Operational Excellence team. You will be in our headquarter in Berlin. The duration of the contract is 1 year / 20 hours a week.
