Our Client based in Hamburg is looking for a Technical support Engineer.
They enable a internet connection for a wide range of IoT devices - from smart washing machines to connected cars.

Your mission
Are you a problem solver for leads and customers and eager to support them in the implementation of their projects with your technical know-how? Then you've come to the right place In 1st and 2nd level support, you will support our team with all technical questions about our product, onboarding new customers or independently processing customer inquiries.
You take support seriously - when our customers face a technical challenge, you want to play your part in finding a solution.
You retain full responsibility for your projects and can count on the support of the team at all times, even after intensive onboarding by your colleagues.
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training or studies
- Technical understanding and enjoyment in communicating technology to customers in a comprehensible way and explaining it according to their needs
- Previous knowledge in the field of network
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Residence in Hamburg and surroundings
- Proactive and teamoriented work is a matter of course for you
- Not a must, but always nice: You also bring experience in VPN (IPsec) or mobile.
