    Your mission

    As a Solution Engineer, you will be the pivotal technical liaison between our customers and engineering team:

    • Acting as a technical account manager during proof of concepts in enterprise sales, ensuring customer needs are understood and met with precision.
    • Crafting tailored solutions for customer's data and tooling integration challenges, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
    • Problem solving for the optimal solution based on the customer's description of the issue, consulting engineering and filling gaps with duct tape.

    Your profile

    We're looking for an engineer who:

    • Is deeply customer-oriented, with the ability to wear the hat of an account manager, understanding and advocating for customer needs.
    • Has a strong foundation in Windows and Linux environments, especially from a security perspective.
    • Is comfortable navigating cloud environments, particularly Azure and AWS.
    • Is proficient in Shell and Python, enabling them to script and automate processes effectively.
