Job Description:


Your team


We are looking for a Line Manager for the Income team, overseeing the regional Income team and reporting to the Global Head of Asset Servicing.


Your mission

  • Team management according to high standards and best market practices (+10 FTEs split in 2 locations Berlin and Dusseldorf)
  • Execution and monitoring of Corporate Actions Income Events as Redemptions, interest payments and straight cash divident, in line with the Service Level Agreements
  • Investigation and resolution of open issues related to the Corporate Actions Income processing
  • Regular meetings with the team members, interaction with clients and with counterparties
  • Participation to internal and external audits
  • Process improvement, as well as active support on projects related to Corporate Actions business

Qualifications:


What you need

  • Proven managerial and project management experience
  • At least 3 years of operational experience in the Corporate Actions or Income area
  • Positive, proactive, result focused and motivated personality
  • Quick learner, flexible and able to work under high pressure in a multicultural & global environment
  • Fluent in German and English, any other languages will be considered as a plus
