As our Chief of Staff, you will have the chance to join our company just after moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly.

You will have an impact on:

You'll work closely with our Founder & CEO to help us to grow the business, functioning as a Sparring partner and keeping his back clear
Take ownership and work independently on various projects for our CEO and venture development team in areas such as fundraising, financial analysis, investor relations, and strategic initiatives for expansion
Support closely on the entire fundraising process, from start to finish, and assist in creating beautiful pitch decks and insightful analyses
Own quarterly board/company meetings, from preparation, coordination, to moderation of the meetings
Lead & drive special and crossfunctional projects to further develop the company
Set up scalable processes across Excel, Hubspot and Notion & define our KPI tracking and monitoring
Work in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and help to turn our company into a unicorn by e.g. assisting in hiring key positions.

What you will add:

You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Founders Associate, Entrepreneur in Residence, in Strategy Consulting, Banking or you have founded a business yourself
You have been working in a fastpaced work environment (e. g. startup environment, consulting, investment banking, venture capital)
You have exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail, as well as a handson mentality
You're reliable, diligent, autonom, proactive & communicative
You bring an outside perspective to the table and are not afraid to share your thoughts with us
You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
You enjoy having lots of responsibility
You are fluent in English and German (B2-C2)
