ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in technical customer consultancy or sales engineering?

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven tech company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world.

We are looking for a Team Lead Imaging Application Support to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Solutions & Support based in Munich, you will be responsible for growing a global Imaging Application Support team with high competence in communication, technical consultancy, technical support and technical know-how in Imaging all around the FRAMOS portfolio and beyond.

Your goal will be to build up a strong team of trusted advisors ensuring a great customer experience for incoming technical enquiries.

Responsibilities:

You will be making sure the Support team members have everything they need to work efficiently in their daytoday tasks
You give guidance on opportunities about technical presales and aftersales activities
You will support your team members in customer interaction and get involved into ticket solving where needed
You will give guidance on the teams' time management and priorities
You will keep track on goal achievement of your team
You will be ensuring that the team is working well within itself as also together with the rest of the Technical Solutions & Support team and neighbouring teams like Custom Solutions, Product Management and Sales in order to achieve our global KPI's
You will gather customer/market feedback and spread the obtained information into the Framos organization

The role is based in our office in Munich with opportunities to partially work remotely.

YOUR PROFILE

As a Team Lead, you live and breathe our company core values in all of your activities and drive them through your team.

Besides being an agile mind,

You have gained significant experience as Field Application Engineer or similar customer facing technical consultancy and support role in the imaging world and would like to make a next step in the world of embedded imaging
You have gained relevant work experience in camera technology, image sensors and / or image processing. The Industrial Imaging market is not completely new to you
You have a good theoretical understanding of hardware as well as software technologies for example in embedded systems, imaging, optics, physics, semiconductor components
You have worked with tools like Support Ticketing Systems and/or CRMs and you see the benefits on its reporting functionalities
You are a strategic thinker with an empathetic thinking towards neighbouring nontechnical teams
You are a strong communicator (written and verbal English at least C1 level, German skills are beneficial) which helps you establish a strong interface between various teams
You have the ability to adapt to fastchanging product offering and target markets
You have a strong problemsolving mentality and think outside of the box
You have the ability to explain complex technical situations to people with less technical background knowledge
You act as role model for your team in clientbased interaction
