This is how your day could look like
- Support the HR Services and the HR Payroll team;
- Process removal requests for starters and leavers;
- Assist with calculation and monitoring of allowances;
- Preparation of business travel and handling of travel claims;
- Assist in contract preparation and extension;
- General payroll related tasks;
- Reporting and statistics;
- Collect necessary forms from staff, registering and (electronic) filing;
- Assist the secretariat during absence of dedicated Assistant, including delivery of internal mail and preparation of certificates and other documents upon request.
Your wealth of experience
- Full secondary education and vocational qualifications relating to role;
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR/Payroll, or with an interest in gaining experience in this area;
- Good interpersonal skills, customer service and sense of diplomacy;
- Experience in using an ERP system (preferably SAP HR/Payroll);
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Selforganised, strong eye for detail and good numeracy skills;
- Ability to work effectively in English;
- Knowledge of German would be an asset.
