This is how your day could look like

  • Support the HR Services and the HR Payroll team;
  • Process removal requests for starters and leavers;
  • Assist with calculation and monitoring of allowances;
  • Preparation of business travel and handling of travel claims;
  • Assist in contract preparation and extension;
  • General payroll related tasks;
  • Reporting and statistics;
  • Collect necessary forms from staff, registering and (electronic) filing;
  • Assist the secretariat during absence of dedicated Assistant, including delivery of internal mail and preparation of certificates and other documents upon request.

Your wealth of experience

  • Full secondary education and vocational qualifications relating to role;
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR/Payroll, or with an interest in gaining experience in this area;
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service and sense of diplomacy;
  • Experience in using an ERP system (preferably SAP HR/Payroll);
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Selforganised, strong eye for detail and good numeracy skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in English;
  • Knowledge of German would be an asset.
