About the Role:


We are looking for an Account Executive / Medical Device (German Speaker) to join our team at LexisNexis Reed Tech.

Reporting into Sales Management for Life Sciences, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams to help Reed Tech Life Sciences achieve success and growth with regulatory compliance and related industry-focused SaaS solutions.

This position covers both US and European prospect territories.

Responsibilities:


  • Securing business through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at decisionmakers and decision influencers at existing/new pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Driving new business, including cold sales, in a consultative manner to achieve sales targets.
  • Leading client meetings and perform necessary discovery to demonstrate ability to meet client needs.
  • Generating pricing proposals, negotiate and close service agreements.
  • Leveraging and cultivating established relationships to communicate LexisNexis Life Science solutions and build qualified Sales pipeline greater than 2x assigned sales quota.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrate success in achieving annual sales outcomes.
  • Fluent German and English is a must.
  • Possess prior experience in Med Device sales.
  • Have experience handling a complex sales process within Life Sciences professional consulting services and/or Life Sciences SaaS solutions.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of drug development process.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Be selfmotivated, results driven, and have the ability to work solo and as a team.
