  • Du bist der Detektiv der Datenbank, immer auf der Suche nach vielversprechenden Leads. Deine Mission: das präzise Erfassen und liebevolle Pflegen der potenziellen Goldminen im CRM.
  • Die Aktualisierung und Bereinigung von Lead-Daten sind Deine täglichen Handgriffe, um die Datenbank in Topform zu halten.
  • Anhand klar definierter Kriterien unterstützt du beim Screening und der Zuweisung von Leads an Sales-Partner, um sicherzustellen, dass jede Gelegenheit ergriffen wird.
  • Als Kommunikationsarchitekt verbindest du Sales-Partner mit dem Lead-Team. Du orchestrierst das Zusammenspiel, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Lead den richtigen Weg findet und zu einem fruchtbaren Austausch führt.
  • Du bist der persönliche Touchpoint im Lead-Universum. Durch persönliche Kontakte zu Sales-Partnern bewertest du Leads nicht nur auf dem Papier, sondern durchlebst aktiv ihre Potenziale für spannende Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Durch akribisches Datenmanagement und eine kreative Perspektive erstellst du Berichte, die nicht nur Zahlen zeigen, sondern aufschlussreiche Geschichten erzählen.

    • Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung im Bereich E-Commerce, Marketing oder im Vertrieb erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast gute CRM-Kenntnisse und hast Freude daran neue Methoden sowohl technisch als auch strategisch auszuprobieren
  • Du bist ein echtes Kommunikationstalent und kannst die Needs der jeweiligen Stakeholder kundengerecht vermitteln
  • Du bringst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine systematische und analytische Denkweise mit
  • Deine MS Office Kenntnisse in den gängigen Anwendungen sind sehr gut
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
