We are looking for Ebelsbach
- or Bamberg-based Customer Service Agent (M/F/d) with passion for delivering great results in order to ensure our further growth and to support our existing Customer Service Center on full-time. It's support for our already existing Customer Service Center, no customer acquisition needed.

Itelya GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the HRS Group since 2021 and belongs to the HRS Business Unit PAY.

Itelya is specialised in the global procurement, verification and enrichment of invoice data coming from business travel processes and their export to downstream systems.

We are able to transfer customers requirements into customised solutions.

Tasks

  • Registration, documentation, controlling and final processing of all customer requirements (by phone and in writing) as far as our smart.billing software which is related to customer requirements, settlement procedures and contract data is concerned
  • Safeguarding of process quality
  • Appropriate and professional customer consulting related to service
- and invoicing processes

  • Selfresponsible creation of solutionoriented customer correspondence

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or similar training in ideal circumstances as an office clerk / tax assistant / hotel professional that are interested in moving to an office job
  • Well versed in MC Office package as well as a strong willingness to become acquainted with inhouse computer systems
  • Customeroriented and convincing customer communication
  • Strongservice and customer orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with customers
  • Teamoriented performance and independent operation
  • Ability to work in teams, dynamism and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of German language and advanced knowledge of English language
