Location: München, DE Regensburg, DEWithin our Central Legal Compliance Organization of Vitesco Technologies, you are responsible for coordinating the overall internal investigation process - end-to-end - and for monitoring the implementation of necessary remediation measures resulting from internal investigations at Vitesco Technologies worldwide.

Your new responsibilities:

Operating and handling of Vitesco Technologies' whistleblower system allowing employees to report potential wrongdoings via an online tool
Plausibility checks on incoming hints and proposal of potential immediate measures
Organizing the Case Management Committee as well as presentation of new hint(s) and provision of a proposal for their categorization
Supporting the Internal Investigation with potential assistance of external legal or other advisors
Legal assessment of the investigation unit's factual finding and generation of a report with a proposal for potential sanctions and other remediation measures
Ongoing monitoring, tracking and documentation of the implementation of sanctions and remediation measures
Preparation of root cause analysis and advice on process improvements

Your qualification:

University degree in law (fully qualified lawyer, 1st and 2nd state examination) with an aboveaverage result
Several years experience in the area of Compliance and/or Internal Investigations within a company, wellrespected international or local law firm or management advisory firm
Compliance expertise, in particular in the areas of anticorruption, antitrust, antimoney laundering, data protection and conflicts of interest
Good project management skills
First leadership experience is an advantage
Business fluent English skills, German language skills are a plus
