CLIENT ADVISOR/ LUXURY BRAND / MUNICH

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales process following the Company standards
Provides and maintains a high level of customer service
Manages commercial relations with clients in order to assure the highest level of satisfaction and enhancing each phase of the commercial relation
Takes part in the store and department meeting
PR activities
Crm activities
56 years of experience in luxury retail
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of Customer needs and priorities
Strong attention to detail and multitask
Fluent German and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
