In order to support our growth, we are looking for a dedicated working student (M/F/d) in the field of HR:
Working Student HR (f/m/d) Recruiting & Project

Your Tasks:

Your Tasks:

Assistance with the administration of HR data, time recording or preparation of contract documents.

Support in applicant management, including creation of job advertisements, conducting applicant correspondence and coordinating interviews Support in HR projects, e.g.

introduction of the intranet, development of benefits, event organisation Participation in the onboarding of new employees, including preparing induction materials and organising training sessions.

Your Qualifications:

Enrolment at a university in a relevant field of study, e.g. business administration First work experience in the HR through internships or working student activities is advantageous Knowledge of HR processes and recruiting or strong interest in HR management Careful and structured way of working as well as good organizational skills Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
