Responsibilities:


  • Will build and lead a global COE of workforce analytics and planning
  • Identify, implement, manage, and continuously enhance the workforce analytics tools, infrastructure, innovative technology like AI or Generative AI and portfolio together with Olympus DNA function
  • Lead the evolution of people data and insights across the team, ensuring the team has the right platforms, policies, tools, and working methods that are trustworthy and, needed to develop people and data insight capability
  • Work collaboratively with the broader HR function and business to enable them to effectively utilize workforce insights to drive higher workforce performance. Adding business value with comprehensive data on turnover, employee demographics, ability to make data supported decisions globally, etc.
  • Lead key market Strategic Workforce Planning projects by engaging with key business leaders and external stakeholders. Drive the annual Headcount planning process for HR throughout the year, monitoring actual vs. planned
  • Knowledge of existing platforms, software solutions, as well as continuous evaluation of emerging tools and solutions
  • Building crossfunctional relationships around the corporation and globe to gain support and build solutions. Responsible for strategic and operational reports delivery and support to business
  • Responsible for virtual team management across the globe
Your qualification

  • A MBA or Master or Phd. degree in Finance, IT, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
  • Work experience of 812 years in Workforce Analytics and/or Planning or similar field, with demonstrable skills in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, data modelling and data analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels across geographies
  • Solid understanding of workforce management concepts, processes, and technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Leadership skills to build/manage team and influence stakeholders
  • Business acumen and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for better decisionmaking
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior stakeholders and leadership/executive team
  • Knowledge of Japanese language would be added advantage
