Your tasks:
- Correspondence with tenants, service providers and authorities
- Negotiating service contracts, monitoring service providers and service documentation.
- Independent maintenance and management of our commercial and residential facility in the center of Frankfurt am Main, consisting of 129 flats
- Managing and supervising the building maintenance officer, assisting in the recruitment of building maintenance and cleaning staff
- Handling complaints and processing feedback online in Frankfurt
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in the independent management of commercial and residential properties
- Education in property management and/or in real estate economics or similar qualification
- Experience with MS Office
- English B2+
- German B2+
Nice-to-have:
- Technical knowledge and experience with electrical systems, heating, air conditioning and sanitation systems
