WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a passionate Executive Assistant you are skilled in supporting Executives with regard to Day-to-Day Business, Strategic Projects and all organizational administrative issues and tasks.

You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. You love to work largely independently on a permanent and full-time basis.

YOUR MISSION:

Prepare presentations in German and English, assist with projects, prepare documents and decision templates, compile statistics and evaluations
Maintain busy calendars, prioritize meeting requests and related logistics
Active participation in operational tasks and projects
Point of contact for investors, costumers, external partners and stakeholders
Arranging meeting/events facilities and providing the required assistance for participants, preparing documentation, taking notes and making sure actions are being addressed

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree or professional training relevant for this role
Excellent English and German skills
Experience of developing Power Point presentations and preparing briefing notes
Strong attention to detail combined with time management and prioritization skills in providing administration and personal assistant support
Very proactive approach, selfdriven, efficient and persistent while also being open and communicative
Ability to work independently and as a team player in a multicultural environment
Organizational talent and a high degree of commitment as well as a sense of responsibility
