Description and Requirements:

Responsibilities

B2 or above in German and English
Shop at a wide variety of online retailers and collect a range of detailed data about every aspect of the experience buying products, contacting customer service, returning products
Conduct extensive internet research on assigned projects
Write proposals and deliver presentations when required
Provide thorough project recommendations, guidelines, and solutions based on research and deep local/regional/cultural knowledge
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with mínimal supervision
Review and Vet lists of data on a regular basis
Perform weekly reconciliation of financial tasks and monthly reconciliation of donations
Daily maintenance and updates of data on trackers
Attendance and participation in weekly team meetings, team building sessions, and any occasional ad hoc meetings as necessary
Perform weekly transactional reviews, audits, data quality reviews, and process runs as assigned by management.
Lead, participate, and assist with project training as necessary
Provide ongoing feedback on processes to improve quality and efficiency
Complete oneoff projects and duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
High degree of interest in online shopping and a regular online shopper
Strong attention to detail and organization
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and make progress on many things at once
Flexibility is critical
Home equipment needed: Printer, Smartphone (iPhone or Android). Internet connection (highspeed, private). A laptop will be provided.
Availability to work from home for 5 hrs/day during core hours 7 am 6 pm (M-F) at home residence
Secure location at home to store and receive/return packages during normal weekday business hours
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Distance from home address to postal locations under 10 miles each way
