For our Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Working Student (M/F/d) Advertising & Promotion (focus on Catalogues)
Your new job includes

As a Working Student (M/F/d) in our familyrun company, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the work processes of the Advertising & Promotion department. You will support our Advertising & Promotion team (focus on catalogues) in the daytoday business and will be responsible in particular for acquisition of advertising materials (ads, product images, logos, marketing texts, promotional videos and banners) from our perfume and cosmetics, as well as accessories and luxury goods suppliers

- maintenance of media data in the company's internal database as well as the digital dispatch and provision of media data to external partners
- dispatch of voucher copies (catalogues as PDF) to suppliers
- support of our Advertising & Promotion Managers in the preparation of acquisition letters and the maintenance of negotiation documents
- analyses of e.g. advertising money rates, advertising effectiveness etc. and maintenance of contact lists

What you should bring along

Degree in business, marketing or a comparable field of study
First practical experience through projects or internships
Confident use of MS Office and very good written and spoken German and English skills
Proactive, independent way of working
An openminded nature and strong communication skills for the work in an international family business, which cares about an open and appreciative cooperation
