The Legal Department (4 lawyers) is looking for a senior labour lawyer (up to 80%) with experience in multiple jurisdictions to take responsibility over all labour-related matters including employee data-protection matters.

The role requires

First line support for employment lawrelated questions from HR and other internal stakeholders
Experience in drafting and maintaining template labour contracts for subsidiaries located in Switzerland, EU, Asia and USA.
Drafting and maintaining HR and HRrelated dataprotection policies (incl. follow up on relevant changes in local legislations).
Negotiating the termination of employment contracts.
Drafting and maintenance of dataprotection policies for the HR departments.
Ensuring compliance with employee dataprotection regulations.
Selecting and liaising with external lawyers.

We expect you to be pro-active, pragmatic, responsible, accurate, flexible and curious.

You should
- have a law degree, preferably from a European university.
- have at least 5 years of professional experience in labour-related matters.

Have at least 2 years of professional experience in employee data protectionrelated matters.
Perfect command of English and excellent command in German or Italian (writing and oral).
