We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic campaigns marketer lead to join our team.

This position would suit someone who has experience in leading a team and a multimillion Euro budget, be commercial accountable and managing through the line campaigns and ensuring brand consistency.

You will be accountable for OKRs, reporting's, deadlines and changing needs.

You will be working in an agile environment across teams, with plenty of opportunities to drive key initiatives and make an impact across, campaigns and banking and investment.

**Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead and own all the end to end marketing campaigns across channels & products, leveraging internal and external support and approaching campaigns in a highly collaborative way
  • Build and overseeing the campaign team, under your direction, and develop and coach the team
  • Own Marketing initiatives for the campaign team, working closely with partners in Brand, Growth and Ops as well as the global and central teams
  • Be accountable for best in class marketing assets that ensure consistency of our brand across multiple touch points Marketing, as well as Martec, Product and central teams, and sharing best practice
  • Accountable to identify effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns and challenge the status quo through tracking and analysis, and work with internal marketing and external agency partners to optimise accordingly
  • Be responsible for setting and driving targets and OKRs and plan them probably to make the achievable for the team as well as be responsible for quarterly and annual planning together with the Ops lead
  • Be a brand custodian, and own the brand governance process to ensure work developed by the team is consistent and considered
  • Representing Marketing and be comfortable presenting campaign plans and final deliverables to stakeholders
  • Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation for relevant channels and ensure all activity is approved by Compliance and Legal team(s); ensure that all materials are consistent with legal conditions and code(s) of practice.
**Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience or degree in marketing or in a related field
  • Leadership experience
  • Willing & effective player/coach and a track record of building, leading and managing high performing teams a must
  • Experience in managing a multimillion Euro budget
  • Experience with ATL campaign and working with Media agencies
  • Passionate about maintaining brand consistency
  • Knowledge of financial services is a plus
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
  • An excellent team player
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Team player who is able to work in highly collaboration, multidisciplinary teams
  • Worked in a global or pan European environment is a plus
