Role And Responsibilities

Providing advice and support on the provision of our products and services
Drafting legal documentation for internal stakeholders, senior management and regulatory authorities
Working collaboratively with Legal colleagues, other business and Corporate stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

German qualified lawyer, with at least 5 years postqualification experience in a top law firm and/or inhouse financial services Legal team
Broad knowledge of law and regulations governing the provision of banking and investment products and services
Quality product, technical, legal and other risk awareness skills and an ability to work across a broad set of products and services
Strong knowledge of ECB / BaFin supervisory regime for German authorised credit institutions and investment firms
Banking products and associated banking/payments regulation (CRD IV, PSD II, KWG, ZAG)
Working in or advising a credit institution

Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Experience of advising clients who operate digital service delivery channels
