The
Marketing Analyst role is part of our ROI Analytics team, responsible for the monitoring, analysis & trading decisions around performance marketing channels (e.g. SEA, FB or GDN).

This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the daily commercial business steering and ensures that a triple-digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities.

ROI Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

  • You perform analyses on various data sources (e.g. GA, DWH) with a focus on performance marketing investments and their impact, creating steering proposals which support our strategic business goals.
  • You translate marketing steering decisions into investment implications and align & validate their impact on growth, profitability and our operations.
  • You are the sparring partner for the Marketing & Trading teams for a selected set of markets to ensure continuous, aligned trading decisions and provide them with actionable analyses and deep dives around marketing activities.
  • You are collaborating closely with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency which also includes quality assurance analysis.
  • You will support tracking alignments across the organization to secure channel and campaign assignments are valid to support any marketing analysis.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

  • You're proud of your degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related data-driven equivalent.
  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role (with marketing context being a plus).
  • You have a profound experience with SQL and strive for automation with Python, Google Apps Script, R or similar.
  • You have a solid understanding of marketing attribution or tracking schemas and worked with related tools or systems (e.g. GA, Adjust).
  • You can gather, clean up, and transform data from various sources to enable convenient insights creation.
  • You have advanced skills around visualization & dashboard building with strong stakeholder centricity (e.g. MicroStrategy, Google Data Studio, BigQuery, GA).
  • When you see a problem or analytical question, you latch on and cannot let go until it is solved, always questioning the validity of the results.
  • You are selfdriven, resultsoriented, enjoy working independently, and taking on responsibility. Your great communication skills would enable you to drive projects with different teams across the organization.
  • Your oral and written English is business fluent
