We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Account Management team.

You will build, mentor, and coach a team of account managers who are responsible for growing/maintaining strategic client relationships and securing constant ad revenue growth.

You are comfortable streamlining team operations, encouraging effective collaboration, and engaging with executives at all levels.

As a critical role in the continued success of our sales organization, you will help to iterate our culture and build an amazing team environment.


Your role:


  • Team management: You will guide, coach, motivate and manage a team of account managers. Create and maintain an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication/feedback culture
  • Lead the daytoday: You will get involved (when needed) in operational tasks and support the team in merchant escalation calls or critical negotiations;
  • Maintain & hit commercial targets: You ensure that your team hits set goals every quarter, both on a team and individual level;
  • Align and collaborate: You work closely with local marketing, sales and account management to provide outstanding customer experience to marketers
  • Drive initiatives and projects: You strengthen our efforts towards automation, smarter usage of commercial tools and "Account Management at scale" to achieve higher productivity and increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop account plans: You plan how to further expand the relationship with our customers and carry out business reviews with the customer to create a longterm relationship
  • Upselling: You identify the potential upsell and lead these opportunities to a conclusion from the preparation of the offer, through the negotiation to the final signature of the contract
  • Develop pricing: You negotiate strategies and give consultancy to our crossfunctional teams
  • Create best practices and KPIs: You support the productivity and success of the Key Account Management team and increase the customer satisfaction

Your profile:


  • 6+ years of experience in a customerfacing B2B media role, preferably Account Management/Customer Success and 3+ managing people and enjoying helping develop others. Experience in the DOOH industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: you listen, you have empathy, you can communicate effectively and convince when necessary
  • A proven commercial edge and strong negotiation skills and consultative acumen
  • Academic degree or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on business and sales
  • Experience in developing creative sales and brand campaign strategies to achieve marketbased internal revenue targets
  • Willingness to attend key industry events and trade fairs to maintain personal interaction with our prominent agency and advertiser contacts
  • Ability to collaborate with other crossfunctional team leads and individuals to drive forward strategic growthoriented initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English
  • A basic willingness to travel
