As a Sales Operations Intern you will contribute to growing the 4.
screen footprint by:

Implementing strategic CRM initiatives and helping to continuously improve our setup:You will have the opportunity to learn about and adapt our cutting-edge CRM tools to the needs of different user groups, driving more efficient sales processes and customer engagement.

Connecting Sales and CRM: Follow up on daily operations, understand and research business requirements to implement new features and functionalities, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in reporting and processes to streamline operations.

Facilitating Sales enablement and best practices amongst users: Become an expert while supporting us in workshops and trainings with different stakeholders to increase user adoption.

Supporting our Sales team with daily changing challenges in a dynamic environment: Collaborate with and gain insights from our sales professionals on various sales and business development-related topics across all stages of the sales cycle, ensuring you receive the mentorship needed to excel.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- Current enrolment in a master's program, nearing completion of a bachelor's degree or in between, ideally in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Strong technical affinity and a willingness to learn how to translate business requirements into CRM features and functionality using tools such as Salesforce.
- Analytical thinking, wellstructured mindset, curiosity to learn, and a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Previous internship or working student experience (ideally in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, or Analytics).
- Availability for a 46 Month fulltime internship (followup employment as a Working Student can be possible).
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus, not a must.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership, showcasing your "Hands-On and Can-Do" mindset that drives success.
