YOUR TEAM:

Internal Audit performs an independent assurance function on behalf of the Executive Board with a direct reporting line.

The Internal Audit department provides independent and objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization's operations.

It supports the organization in achieving its objectives by using a systematic, targeted and risk-oriented approach to assess the effectiveness of risk management, controls and governance processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Disciplinary leadership of the internal audit team
Choose and prioritize topics for the internal audit based on risk assessment
Present findings for the board of Management
Support your team to plan, prepare and conduct internal audits and to provide consulting services within CARIAD Group
Performing joint audits with different audit departments within Volkswagen Group
Identification of risks, opportunities and improvement potential
Develop actions to improve the operation's business processes
Enable your team to prepare detailed audit reports and presentations of audit results

WHO YOU ARE:

Proven trackrecord of leading interdisciplinar & international Teams
Degree in mathematics, computer science or equivalent qualification
Several years professional experience, preferably in Internal Audit, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) in an operations function, project management or quality management
Very good understanding of business processes and ability to analyze complex processes
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to deal with conflicts
Fluent in English and German
